About Tara 

Tara (Sanskrit: तारा) in Buddhism, is a female Bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism who appears as a female Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. She is known as the "mother of liberation", and represents the virtues of success in work and achievements.

The Green Tara embodies the healing energy of release from fear and ignorance. Human ignorance comes in many forms—from jealousy to pride—and it's the healing energy of Green Tara that brings awareness and relief from these negative aspects.

The meaning of the Green Tara mantra:
The Green Tara mantra is used to face fear and insecurity. ‌ The following words and syllables compose the Green Tara mantra: “om tare tuttare ture soha“. It refers to Tara, the goddess of universal compassion and the color green, which is the color of vitality for Buddhists

The two most well-known forms of Târa are green and white, as well as 21 events that are the subject of a beautiful prayer.
