Where do you source your products?
We use local artisans in California and across the USA for our self-care and organic goods. We also import directly from India, Nepal, Bali and South America for our authentic spiritual goods and fair trade products. We always want to buy ethically sourced, sustainable products. We have a large collection of Fair Trade products and make continual efforts to curate more Certified Fair Trade goods.
What is Fair Trade?
We are passionate about Fair Trade products at The Deva Shop. We have a commitment and core values to support sustainable practices, fair trade wages and help marginalized communities. As defined by the Fair Trade Federation, “Fair trade is an approach to business and to development based on dialogue, transparency, and respect that seeks to create greater equity in the international trading system.
Fair trade businesses partner with farmers and craftspeople in developing countries who are socially and economically marginalized in finding markets and customers for their goods.”
Which products are Fair Trade?
We carry Fair Trade certified scarves, shawls, purses, accessories, clothing and tableware that are certified by the Fair Trade Federation. We also carry Fair Trade malas and incense. Check out our Fair Trade section for beautiful fair trade and handwoven goods.
Many of our jewelry items are certified Fair Trade as well. Just look for the Fair Trade logo when reviewing each item.
We also source social good items that give back to indigenous artisans. Our soap teak dish, yoga mat bags and other items provide income and opportunities to women in very poor living conditions.
Are all of your self-care products Organic?
We carry certified organic essential oils, bathbombs and more. Most of our self-care products are 100% organic or have a large majority of ingredients which are organic including our soaps, lavender oil for the skin, bath salts, salves, and body butters. Check back often as we get new, natural and organic self-care products frequently.

You provide Eco-Friendly Shipping?
Yes! It is super important that we use only recyclable and paper products for packaging and shipping. We do not use any plastics to ship for a Better Future for a Better Earth. We also use compostable mailers when possible.

How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $50 within continental USA. For orders below $50, you will have an opportunity to review the final shipping cost before you checkout. *Please note, we make every effort to use eco-friendly, sustainable packaging.
What are the Transit Times?
All orders are shipped promptly within 1-3 business days. Orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on the final destination. For orders that qualify for Free Shipping of $50 and over, we ship promptly within 1-3 business days and typically choose USPS or UPS as the carrier.
A tracking notification will be emailed when your package is shipped and you can track the status of your order.
For orders to Alaska & Hawaii, the shipping charges are calculated based on weight and the final destination.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice.
All orders are shipped from Southern California.
How do I estimate the right delivery time for me?
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit time.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we offer standard shipping to Canada. Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.
We now offer International Shipping to several countries. If you don't see your country listed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out. At this time we do not offer free shipping internationally since we are a small business. Returns will be accepted but must be paid by the customer.
What is your return policy?
You may return most items sold by The Deva Shop within 30 days of your original order date for a refund. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days of your original order date. The Deva Shop does not cover your return shipping costs. Please note that books and bath and body products are non-returnable. Email The Deva Shop at email@example.com to start a return and we will promptly provide you with easy and detailed instructions to follow. No questions asked, hassle free returns!
How do I return the products?
Enclose your merchandise in a package then ship to the address given via email within 30 days from the order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). Email The Deva Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return and for further instructions.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
I was shipped the wrong item(s). What should I do?
If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount including all shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number. We will assist you in returning the original shipment including the shipping charges and getting the correct product to you.
My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
If you received a damaged delivery, all you have to do is let us know. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date. A customer specialist from the shipping department may call you to confirm some details. Once you file a claim with us, please save the content in its original packaging. Our carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available. We will ship out a replacement to you immediately.
