Meditation Rudraksha Mala 108
- Our Cause
Honey Opal is a great stone for meditation and prayer while improving communication and helping transitions of all kinds. Rudraksha tree seeds, which are found in India, Nepal, and Indonesia have been used to control stress, healing, tranquillity, concentration, meditation, and positive changes. This is one of the most common materials originally used for malas. Agate helps balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
Following fair trade principles, all of our malas are hand-strung by women artisans in marginalized communities with fair wages and fair trade practices. Our genuine gemstone beads have been certified and verified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) as genuine gemstones in Carlsbad, California.

What are malas?
Malas are a tool and an aid to help deepen meditation, mindful and spiritual practices through the repetition of sacred sounds. Each mala comes strung with 108 beads plus the guru bead located where the tassel is. You will repeat your mantra, affirmation or sacred sound while rotating the mala through your fingers one bead at a time. 108 is a particularly auspicious number and 108 repetitions of your sacred sound or affirmation will bring your mind and body peaceful and calming effects.
Like all malas, this mala is an aid to repetition of the holy name; it brings a sense of calm and well being by helping us center our thoughts on peace.
